aksidente sa Deira Dubai (vehicular accident)
13 November 2007One of the previous entries I posted tackled a bit about bus and commuting in Dubai.
I forgot to include and discuss the attitude on roads of 95% Dubai drivers and the havoc they inflicted on people’s lives due to their utmost negligence and ’sheer stupidity’ as the other motorists comment.
This is only one of the consequences out of that carelessness. Worst thing could occur is death like what happened in this Filipino family where three of their members died.
STRUCK DOWN
Captured on the morning of 13th November 2007. Two vehicles collided and produced commotion and traffic in one of the busy streets in Deira, Dubai.Below is the Close Up shot.
Photos captured with a digital camera by Chris while peeking through his office window just stone’s throw away from the location of the accident.
No official reports have yet been released regarding the casualties of this accident. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that nobody died from this mishap.

hay naku! nuknukan ng pasaway sa kalye! hindi marunong magmenor sa mga palikong daan. kala nila yung 6 wheeler truck at mga bus na minamaneho nila mga mini cooper lang kung ipaghampasan nila sa daan.

yun na nga rin hindi ko maintidihan sa kanila. ang daming namamatay dito sa dubai (at saan mang lugar na may praning sa kalye) dahil sa pagkaharungas ng mga tinamaan ng magaling na mga driver na yan! naiinis kasi ako kasi hindi nila maisip na dahil sa kapabayaan nila at kagustuhang makipagkarerahan sa stoplight (aka signal) eh maraming buhay, pangarap at pamilya ang namamatay kasabay ng mga aksidenteng nangyari dahil sa pagiging iresponsable nila. grrr!

Hi vhonnjheng27! Thanks for visiting my site. Btw, nkakapraning talaga ang mga aksidente dito sa UAE. Lalo na sa Dubai sa may parteng Sheikh Zayed. Araw-araw na ata accident eh. Kundi ba naman mga addict mga driver dito eh. Hehe. Buhay yung tinamaan ng magaling na driver ng humarurot na bus. may dalawang pinay na nakasama sa aksidente pero buhay naman. Isa patay. Yung driver ng sasakyan na in-overtake ng bus. Kawawa naman. tsk tsk.
kawawa naman yung mga victims noh (na-abala pa sila)?
sana talaga kung sila (reckless drivers) lang ang affected ng ginagawa nila, kaso most of the time hindi lang sila ang apektado.
sana naman natutunan na ng driver na yun kung pa’no mag-ingat at maging consideratesa ibang motorists.
